Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) can affect far more than the ability to concentrate. Challenges with organization, time management, working memory, task initiation, emotional regulation, and sustained attention can influence school, work, relationships, and everyday life.

For some people, ADHD symptoms go unrecognized for years. Others experience overlapping concerns such as anxiety, depression, or sleep difficulties.

Clarity Therapy offers structured clinical ADHD assessments designed to better understand these challenges and identify appropriate next steps.

What an ADHD assessment may include

Depending on individual needs, the process may include:

A clinical interview
Review of developmental and behavioral history
Standardized ADHD rating scales
Assessment of executive functioning
Screening for other emotional or behavioral concerns
Clinical feedback and individualized recommendations
Written assessment findings

Our assessment approach

ADHD presents differently across individuals and stages of life. Assessment considers not only symptoms but also strengths, daily functioning, personal history, and environmental demands. The goal is clinically useful information that supports informed planning, improved self-understanding, and practical strategies.

After the evaluation

Recommendations may include psychotherapy, executive functioning strategies, organizational supports, a conversation with an appropriate prescribing professional, or referral for additional specialized testing.

Understanding your challenges is important. Learning how to work with your strengths is equally valuable.

Age range, availability, and what is included are confirmed in a conversation with Adia. Suitability is decided in a clinical conversation.
